Run a walkthrough

• Owners and managers run walkthroughs. Staff can open them but see View only.所有者和经理执行巡店。员工可以打开，但只会看到 仅供查看。
• Your account starts with a weekly walkthrough called Manager walkthrough. To make another one, tap New walk under Templates.账户自带一个每周巡店，名为 经理巡店。如需另建，在 模板 中点 新建巡店。

1. Open Walk in the menu.在菜单中打开 巡店。
2. Tap Walk next to the walkthrough.点该巡店旁的 Walk 按钮。
3. Answer every item: Pass, Fail or N/A. Tap an answer again to clear it.每个项目都要作答：合格、不合格 或 不适用。再点一次可清除。
4. Add a Note or a photo where it helps. Use All, Failed and Unanswered to filter the list.需要时填写 备注 或拍照。可用 全部、不合格 和 未作答 筛选。
5. Tap Submit.点 提交。

• Items marked Photo need a photo unless you answer N/A.标有 照片 的项目必须拍照，除非选择不适用。
• If something is missing, Not ready to submit lists each item that needs an answer or a photo.如有遗漏，尚未可提交 会列出每个需要作答或拍照的项目。

If items failed, Raise Fixes for failed items? shows above Submit. Items set to raise a fix are ticked already. Change the ticks, then submit. Each ticked item becomes a Fix due in 3 days.如有不合格项目，提交 上方会出现 为不合格项目开工单？。设定为开工单的项目已预先勾选。调整勾选后再提交。每个勾选的项目会生成一张 3 天后到期的工单。

• Items can carry a weight, shown as ×2, ×3 and so on. The score counts Pass items by weight. N/A items do not count.项目可以设权重，显示为 ×2、×3 等。分数按权重计算合格项目。不适用的项目不计入。
• Grades: Excellent 90% and above, Good 80% and above, Pass 60% and above, Fail below 60%.等级：优秀 90% 及以上，良好 80% 及以上，合格 60% 及以上，不合格 低于 60%。
• Once submitted, the walkthrough is locked and its report opens. See Read your reports.提交后巡店即锁定，并打开报告。详见查看报告。
