- Today shows three numbers for the outlet you are working in: Missed lists, Walks due and Open fixes.今日 显示你所在分店的三个数字：漏做清单、待巡店 和 未完工单。
- Below them, each checklist shows its status: Upcoming (before the due time), Open (started), Missing (past the due time with nothing answered) or Done.下面每个清单会显示状态：未到时间（未到截止时间）、进行中（已开始）、漏做（已过截止时间且未作答）或 已完成。
Walkthrough reports 巡店报告
- Open Walk in the menu.在菜单中打开 巡店。
- Under Recent, tap a submitted walkthrough. Each one shows its score and grade.在 最近 下点一个已提交的巡店。每个都会显示分数和等级。
The report also opens straight after you submit a walkthrough. It shows:提交巡店后也会直接打开报告。报告包括：
- The score and grade, and how many items were scored and failed.分数和等级，以及已评分和不合格的项目数。
- A score for each category.每个分区的分数。
- Every item with its answer (Pass, Fail, N/A or Unanswered), its note and its photo.每个项目的作答（合格、不合格、不适用 或 未作答）、备注和照片。
- Fixes raised: the Fixes from this walkthrough, with their status and due date.工单：这次巡店生成的工单，以及状态和到期日。
Download your records 下载记录
- Open Export in the menu (owners and managers).在菜单中打开 导出（所有者和经理可用）。
- Pick a file: Checklists and audits, Checklist and audit items, Fixes, Outlets or Team.选择文件：清单与巡店记录、清单与巡店明细、工单、分店 或 团队。
- For the first three, you can set From and To dates and choose one outlet or All outlets.前三种文件可设定 开始 和 结束 日期，并选择单个分店或 全部分店。
- Tap Download CSV.点 下载。
The files open in Excel or Google Sheets. Photos are not included; the files show how many photos each record has.文件可用 Excel 或 Google 表格打开。文件不含照片，只显示每条记录的照片数量。
