These terms govern use of Ronda, provided by RONDA (“we”). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your business.
Provider: RONDA.
The service
Ronda provides checklists, audits, fix tracking and rostering for multi-outlet food and beverage businesses.
Accounts
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials confidential.
- Account owners and managers can invite people to their business’s account by invite link, as a manager or as staff. Invitations cannot grant the owner role.
Trial, fees and payment
- New accounts receive a free trial. After it ends, access pauses until the account is activated.
- Fees are per active outlet in MYR at the price of your plan (see the Pricing page), billed monthly. No SST is charged; prices shown are the final amount payable (in RM). If we later become liable to charge any tax on the fees, we will give you written notice before charging it, and any resulting change to the amount payable will be treated as a price change.
- Fees are invoiced monthly per outlet (number of active outlets × your plan’s per-outlet fee); payment details are provided on each invoice. We issue invoices or receipts in MYR.
- Accounts with invoices overdue may be restricted or suspended.
Your data
You own the data you put into Ronda. You grant us the right to host and process it to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other customers’ data, or upload unlawful content.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis, and for giving your staff and anyone else who appears in your records (including in photos) the notice required by law, before you upload their personal data. Do not use the service for hidden surveillance.
Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid and payable in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Termination
Either party may end the agreement at any time. On closure we may keep your data for a limited period as described in the Privacy Policy; billing and tax records are kept for 7 years because the law requires it.
Governing law
Laws of Malaysia. The courts of Malaysia sitting in Kuala Lumpur have exclusive jurisdiction.
