Reset your password

1. On the Sign in page, tap Forgot password? (or open Reset your password).在登录页面点 忘记密码？（或打开重设密码）。
2. Enter your email and tap Send reset link.输入电邮并点 发送重设链接。
3. Open the email from noreply@ronda.com.my with the subject "Reset your Ronda password".打开来自 noreply@ronda.com.my、主题为 "重设您的 Ronda 密码" 的电邮。
4. Tap the link in the email. It works for 1 hour and only once.点电邮中的链接。链接有效期为 1 小时，只能使用一次。
5. Enter a new password twice (at least 8 characters) and tap Save password. You are signed in.输入两次新密码（至少 8 个字符），然后点 保存密码。之后会自动登录。

• The page gives the same answer whether or not the email has an account. This keeps your account private.无论该电邮是否有账户，页面的回复都一样，以保护账户隐私。
• A new password signs you out on your other phones and computers.设置新密码后，你在其他手机和电脑上的登录会被退出。
• To change a password you still know, sign out and use Forgot password? in the same way.如果想更改仍记得的密码，可退出登录后同样使用 忘记密码？。

• Check your spam or junk folder.请检查垃圾邮件文件夹。
• Check that you typed the email you signed up or joined with.确认输入的是你注册或加入时使用的电邮。
• If the page says the link has expired or was already used, request a new one.如果页面显示链接已过期或已使用，请重新申请。
• If sign-in says Too many attempts, wait a few minutes, or reset your password.如果登录时显示 尝试次数过多，请等几分钟，或重设密码。
