添加员工
Invite staff and managers with a link, and choose their outlets and roles.
用邀请链接邀请员工和经理，并设定他们的分店和角色。Send an invite link 发送邀请链接
Owners and managers can invite people. You can add as many people as you need.所有者和经理可以邀请成员。成员人数不设上限。
- Open Team in the menu.在菜单中打开 团队。
- Under Invite links, choose staff or manager.在 邀请链接 下选择 员工 或 经理。
- Tick the outlets they work at. Staff need at least one outlet. Managers reach every outlet.勾选对方工作的分店。员工至少需要一家分店；经理可进入所有分店。
- Tap Create link.点 创建链接。
- Send the link with Copy or WhatsApp.用 Copy 或 WhatsApp 发送链接。
- Each link works once and lasts 7 days.每个链接只能使用一次，有效期 7 天。
- Revoke, then Confirm revoke, cancels a link that has not been used.点 Revoke 再点 Confirm revoke，可作废尚未使用的链接。
- Nothing happened when you tapped Create link for staff? Tick at least one outlet and try again.为员工点 创建链接 后没有反应？请至少勾选一家分店再试。
What the new person does 新成员如何加入
- Open the link.打开链接。
- Enter their name, email and a password (at least 6 characters).填写名字、电邮和密码（至少 6 个字符）。
- Tap Join the team. They are signed in and land on Today.点 加入团队。之后会自动登录并进入 今日 页面。
- This invite has expired means the link is older than 7 days or was already used. Create a new link.显示 这个邀请已过期，表示链接已超过 7 天或已被使用。请重新创建链接。
- That email already has an account means the email is already used for RONDA. Use another email.显示 这个电邮已有账户，表示该电邮已用于 RONDA 账户。请改用其他电邮。
Who can do what 角色权限
- Staff: run the checklists of their outlets, see the Fixes of those outlets and read the roster.员工：执行所负责分店的清单，查看这些分店的工单，查看排班。
- Managers: everything staff can do, at every outlet, plus walkthroughs, closing Fixes, Shops, Templates, Team and Export.经理：在所有分店做员工能做的一切，另外可巡店、关闭工单，并使用 分店、模板、团队 和 导出。
- Owners: everything managers can do, plus changing roles, removing people and Billing.所有者：经理能做的一切，另外可更改角色、移除成员，并管理 账单。
Change outlets or roles 调整分店或角色
- Under People on the Team page, tick a person's outlets and tap Save shops (owners and managers).在 团队 页面的 成员 下，勾选某人的分店，然后点 保存分店（所有者和经理可用）。
- Owners can pick a new role and tap Save role.所有者可选择新角色，然后点 保存角色。
- Owners can tap Remove, then Confirm remove. That person can no longer open the account. The last owner cannot be removed.所有者可点 Remove，再点 Confirm remove。该成员将无法再进入账户。最后一位所有者不能被移除。
